Ace Attorney Rise From The Ashes Rise from the Ashes is really long and really enjoyable I think RftA has my favorite cast of any Ace Attorney case they re all really wacky on first impression but every character is deeper than they appear on the surface I think everything ties together really nicely
Yes because ema apear in a next game This episode is canon In fact a character introduced in this case is a major character in Apollo Justice Rise from the Ashes also helps to explain what the deal is with Edgeworth in the second game though it doesn t spoil anything I highly recommend playing it Rise from the ashes was made as a bonus case when Ace Attorney was ported to the DS This happened after the release of Justice for All and Trials and Tribulations The two other games in the trilogy This is why its so much longer and more complicated since Capcom worked on just this case for about a year

Man RFTA is a fucking masterpiece It s the kind of case that I will spend several moments defending and yes I think it s a chapter worthy of a top 5 Rise from the Ashes has several problems in terms of gameplay I don t think it s possible to run away from that However the writing more than makes up for that How long is rise from the ashes 7 hours of gameplay It s like a completely different game mainly because it uses AJ investigations gimmicks The longest episode in the series going by word count and going by play time it s not too far from being as long as the entire game prior L O N G
Rise from the Ashes is one of the hardest cases in the franchise It was created after the other games in the trilogy and thus ends up being a bit of a difficulty spike especially considering the fact that the rest of AA1 is one of if not the easiest games in the series Personally I also think the Gant cross examination in particular is Looking Back on Rise From the Ashes Final Thoughts on Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney We ve made it to the first case that I have no idea if it s a finale case a bonus case or something else From what I ve seen while this case does get good or even better reviews than 1 4 I ve also seen it rank lower than 1 4 by a large amount

Honestly I love how long Rise From the Ashes is Compared to the rest of the trilogy it s massive but that s kind of what makes it so great to me It s one of the only 3 day cases in the series and the other 2 Turnabout Samurai and Turnabout Goodbyes are relatively short Plenty of case in a case the twists were well done characters were interesting except Mike the villain was great As a part of the series it did plenty of things that overall made the trilogy better For starters it gave Miles solid reason for dissapearing instead
