This is the hardest difficulty in Max Payne 3 you have minimal health and Bullet Time effect A fully charged Bullet Time can run out within few seconds so try your best to avoid Hard sparse use of the cover system makes it feel similar to the older MP games IMO Currently playing through it again after getting it on the series S pc port is superior IMO but I am a console pleb at heart Offers a fair degree of challenge in some segments but this is far from my first play through so YMMV 3
