1 In combat always use targeted shots if using a rifle or pistol of any kind Try to get close to your enemy and shoot them repeatedly in the eyeballs Usually with a good Luck and good Perception and good Small Guns skills you can kill any foe in one good shot by doing this 2 Military Base Quests Here is a list of the significant quests in the Military Base each with a brief synopsis containing at least one way to solve it The remaining ways and possibly other minor quests I will leave up to you Gain Entrance If it wasn t obvious before I ll make it so now
